Hong Viet PHAM
PHAM Hong Viet is a PhD student at LoUIsE, Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB). He holds a Msc in Urban Planning and Policy Design from Politecnico di Milano (Polimi).
PHAM Hong Viet is a lecturer in Urban Planning and Urban Design at Faculty of Architecture and Planning, Hanoi Civil Engineering University, Vietnam. He got the Master of science degree in Urban planning and Policy design at Politecnico di Milano, Italy in 2017. Since 2022, He started doing research as a PhD student at the Faculty of Architecture La Cambre Horta, Université Libre de Bruxelles, Belgium. He studies on the Adaptation Hydrosocial territories, especially his research focus on the spatial transformation of territories affected from the construction large scale water infrastructures.
